Raw Material Selection
High-quality pig iron and raw materials are carefully selected and verified to ensure consistent chemical composition and superior product quality.
Induction Furnace Melting
The raw material is melted in induction furnaces under controlled temperatures to achieve the desired material properties and metallurgical standards.
Centrifugal Casting
Molten metal is poured into rotating moulds using the centrifugal casting process, ensuring uniform wall thickness, improved strength, and reduced porosity.
Ready Casting
After solidification, the castings are removed and prepared for further machining processes. Each casting is visually inspected for quality and dimensional consistency.
Proof Machining (VTL Machine)
Initial machining is carried out on Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines to achieve accurate dimensions and prepare components for precision finishing operations.
CNC Machining
Advanced CNC machines are used to achieve precise dimensions, tight tolerances, and superior surface finish as per product specifications.
Grinding Process
Grinding operations are performed to ensure accurate outer diameters, roundness, and improved surface quality for optimal performance.
Honing Process
Precision honing creates the required surface finish and cross-hatch pattern, improving lubrication retention and extending engine life.
Final Inspection
Each component undergoes rigorous quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with required specifications.
Packing
Products are thoroughly cleaned, protected against corrosion, and packed using export-grade packaging materials for safe handling and transportation.
Ready to Dispatch
Finished products are organized, labeled, and prepared for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery to domestic and international customers.
