Our Manufacturing Process

At Shree Haree Auto, our manufacturing process is designed to ensure precision, consistency, and long-term durability in every component we produce. From raw material selection to final inspection, each stage is carefully monitored to meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Raw Material & Melting

We use high-grade cast iron and carefully selected raw materials classified based on chemical composition. Melting is carried out in controlled induction furnaces to ensure consistent temperature and material quality. Each batch undergoes chemical analysis and testing to maintain strict quality parameters.

Casting & Centrifugal Casting

Cylinder components are produced using advanced casting methods, including centrifugal casting. This process ensures uniform material distribution, reduced porosity, and improved mechanical strength. Mould preparation, controlled pouring, and regulated cooling help achieve accurate dimensions and structural integrity.

Proof Machining & Fine Boring

After casting, components undergo proof machining to verify dimensional accuracy. Fine boring operations are performed using precision machinery to achieve accurate internal diameters and smooth bore finishes.

CNC Machining & Grinding

Final machining operations are carried out on advanced CNC machines to achieve precise outer diameter tolerances and surface finishes. Centerless grinding is used where required to ensure dimensional consistency and roundness.

Plateau Honing

Plateau honing is performed to achieve the required cross-hatch pattern and surface finish inside the bore. This enhances lubrication retention, reduces wear, and improves engine performance.

Quality Control & Inspection

Each component passes through strict inspection procedures using advanced measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, roundness testers, and pneumatic gauges. Final inspection ensures every product meets drawing specifications and quality standards.

Branding & Packaging

Before dispatch, products undergo visual inspection and cleaning. Components are treated with rust prevention solutions and packed using export-grade packaging materials to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
